FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to device for soft start control or shutdown of three-phase electric motors (1), so called soft starter, boosted for start of heavy mechanical, electric and hydraulic drives. Control device comprises at least one switching cell (3), which includes at least three-phase power unit (4), power electronic devices related to it (5), and also required contactors. Switchboard cell (3) is arranged in switchboard cabinet (2) and in frame (7) with walls (3b) that surround switchboard cell and with attachment of pedestal insulators (28) in mount direction (26), which are arranged in the form of a single unit with the possibility of easy withdrawal forward and insertion back without attachment to back or side wall (8) of switchboard cabinet (2). Disconnector (9) is fixed to wall of cabinet (2) and is arranged with the possibility of connection to contact (10) of busbar in process of rolling-in or disconnection from it when rolled out by means of insert contact connection (10a).

EFFECT: saving of area and improved servicing of one or several devices.
