FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bumper consists of resilient element, casing, and dry type damper. Casing is made as two opposite bushings fixing the spring by the external surface. Damper is made as three resilient lobes rigidly connected with bottom bushing. Lobes with force enclosing the external surface of the spring. Cylindrical helical spring contains body made out of helical hollow steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed coaxially with clearance inside the body. In clearances between the tubes the polyethylene friction element is installed, it has higher coefficient of thermal expansion in comparison with steel. Surfaces of casing and additional resilient steel tube touch surfaces of the friction elements. Coaxially to the casing the helical continuous resilient rod is installed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
