FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains base, resilient mesh element and washer interacting with bushings. Base is composed by the plate with mounting holes. The resilient mesh element is secured in by top and bottom washers. Bottom washer is rigidly connected with the base. Top washer is connected with the central ring enclosed by coaxial ring rigidly secured to the base. Between the pressing washer and base there is resilient element containing casing out of helical hollow resilient steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed coaxially with clearance inside the body. In clearances between the tubes the polyethylene friction element is installed, it has higher coefficient of thermal expansion in comparison with steel. Surfaces of casing and additional resilient steel tube touch surfaces of the friction elements. Coaxially to the casing the helical continuous resilient rod is installed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
