FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains base, resilient mesh element and washer interacting with bushings. Base is composed by the plate with mounting holes. The resilient mesh element is secured in by top and bottom washers. Bottom washer is rigidly connected with the base. Top washer is connected with the central ring enclosed by coaxial ring rigidly secured to the base. Between the pressure washer and base the resilient element is located, it is made in form of bottom and top support plates between which coaxially and concentric the external with right and internal with left angles of turns rise springs are installed. The bottom support plate is base on which the bottom flanges of springs are rigidly secured. Between the top support plate and top flange of the internal spring the dry friction damper is installed. The damper consists of two contacting cylindrical discs. The bottom disc is rigidly linked with top flange of the internal spring. The top disc is rigidly linked with the top support plate.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
