SUBSTANCE: layer is blown-off with a drying agent at a rate of 1800-1900 m3/m2·h. The novelty is that the layer is blown-off with a drying agent a temperature of at least not less than 35°C, at that the layer height and the acceptable temperature of heating seeds is determined by the formulas.
EFFECT: reduction of costs.
