SUBSTANCE: invention relates mainly to underclothing having desirable operational characteristics, and, in particular, to methods and devices in accordance wherewith one uses an array of holographic thermal regulation elements bound to the base material for the body heat direction with simultaneous preservation of desirable transmission properties specific to the base material. According to certain versions of the invention accomplishment, the thermal regulation material elements include heat directing elements that reverberate or conduct heat and may be oriented in the direction to the user's body or from the user's body.
