FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: milking machine comprises milking units, vacuum and milk lines, a milk gauge, a milk receiver and a vacuum source. The milk line in the milking area is divided over the entire length to the cascade-loop system in the form of independent inclined parts. Each of the parts has a geometric angle of inclination, corresponding to the laminar flow of milk and maximum flow rate of the pipeline. The independent inclined parts are connected by loops. The loop has a bending radius providing the minimum degree of overlap by the milk flow of the cross-sectional area of the pipe. The milking machine can be practically used in dairy farms and complexes.
EFFECT: milking machine by eliminating the vacuum reduction in the milking area of the milking pipeline to 2 kPa enables to stabilise the operation mode of the milking machine, and as a consequence, to increase the cow productivity per year, to reduce the incidence of cows with subclinical mastitis of mammary gland of animals.
