FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: manipulator crane comprises truck, column stationary bed, swivel column, boom sections, hydraulic cylinders of control over sections, hook cartridge, cargo winch, counterweight, mechanism of bracing jacks and crane rotary mechanism. Crane counterweight is arranged at lower position and articulated with swivel column to corotate with swivel column. Cargo winch is secured at swivel column while heads of boom first and second sections are equipped with dual blocks to direct cable while hook has double tackle.

EFFECT: higher crane stability, enhanced performances.
