SUBSTANCE: manipulator crane comprises truck, column stationary bed, swivel column, boom sections, hydraulic cylinders of control over sections, hook cartridge, cargo winch, counterweight, mechanism of bracing jacks and crane rotary mechanism. Crane counterweight is composed of the lever and weight secured at separate swivel column on crane frame to turn and to be locked at transportation position and at LH or RH working positions. Crane bracing jacks include hydraulic cylinder and bracket to allow the crane boom to rest on bracing jack bracket at lower working position.

EFFECT: minimised overturning moment, increased retaining moment.
