FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: passive heat insulation device is located outside a track heating zone. A heat and power source heats up heat carrier to the specified temperature and is located on a track territory. A heat transfer device includes retention patches with bolt connections. Additionally, the circuit includes a hydrotank and closed to it. The device for supply of heat carrier under pressure to the track heating zone is made in the form of an electrically driven hydropump. The pump inlet is connected to the hydrotank, and its outlet is connected to the inlet of the pipeline section with a thermoelectric heater (TEH) mounted into it. Power consuming equipment is connected in a detachable manner through auxiliary electrical equipment to at least one phase of a controlled three-phase AC network of industrial frequency. There are devices for control, monitoring and protection of equipment against short circuit, harmful environmental factors and unauthorised access.

EFFECT: improving technical and operational and economic efficiency, namely advantages of self-sufficiency and reduction of power consumption.
