SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiant heating and cooling systems and can be used for heating and cooling. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the thermal panel for radiant heating or cooling systems comprises a shaped radiating metal panel with installed in profiles heating elements in form of pipes with interaxial distance from 60 to 150 mm, heat insulation, wherein the profile of the radiating panel with the heating element installed therein, as well as the interprofile sections are given a parabolic shape, wherein the height of the parabola of the profile with the heating elements is 1.1–1.2 of the diameter of the heating element, and the height of the parabola of the interprofile sections is 0.05–0.1 of the length of the interprofile section, at that, the tops of the parabolas of the profile with the heating element and the interprofile section are directed towards the ceiling of the building, and the thermal panel itself is equipped on the sides along the entire length with reflecting shields, note here that extreme panels have longer canopy on outer wall, its length making 1.4–1.6 times of inner canopy length.
EFFECT: creation of a thermal panel for radiant heating and cooling systems, with the possibility of directing radiant radiation to the specified heating zones, which will make it possible to more efficiently use the heat received from the heat carrier.
