FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: working member contains a pole, bracket with fixed axis with stop. On the axis with stop using bearings the rotating bearings casing with flange is installed. The cutting disc is secured by bolts to the casing with flange. The rotating bearings casing with flange and bracket create between them the labyrinth seal. Axis with stop has thread part with flats and is secured without movement in the bracket by means of nut and lock-washer. Between the rotating bearings casing with flange and cutting disc the cover with gasket is installed. The bracket and bearing have spacer ring, on which the sealing cuff is installed. Diameter of the rotating bearings casing with flange exceeds diameter of the bracket. The bracket enters the end groove of the rotating bearings casing with flange making additional labyrinth bend. The labyrinths are filled with grease. In the end groove of the rotating bearings casing with flange the sealing ring is installed, and bracket shoulder is installed till stop against the ring. External surface of the rotating bearings casing with flange from side of the bracket is cut at angle 15-35° to axis to distance along the end 2/3 of difference of diameter of the rotating bearings casing with flange and diameter of bracket part that is also cut at angle 15-35° to axis at the same slope. On the axis there are two symmetrical flats, and thread part of the axis has diameter equal to distance between flats. Bracket has hole with shoulders corresponding to flats of the axis, and depth of shoulders is below the flats width.

EFFECT: improved reliability and service life of bearing assembly.
