MULTIPLE-FUNCTION COMBINED TILLAGE OUTFIT Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A01B49/00

Abstract RU 2489829 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: outfit comprises a frame with a trailer. On the frame in series that are deployed on the front of the outfit, the movable vertical racks are mounted with the axes at the ends. The concave disks are rotatably mounted on the axes. The disks have an adjustable angle of attack and in adjacent rows are arranged with the concave or convex sides, respectively, in opposite directions. Each disk is displaced with respect to adjacent disks in the direction of uncultivated land. The disks are inclined to the vertical plane. In the racks of the A-hoes several pairs of holes are made that enable to change the depth of tillage. Behind the last transverse bar on the frame, the frame with spring teeth or a roller is mounted. The frame of the outfit comprises four transverse bars. At each even transverse bar one row of vertical racks with the axes at the ends and the spherical disks is mounted. On the odd transverse bars of the frame the paired brackets with openings are immovably mounted. In the openings the removable racks of the A-hoes can be fixedly mounted, which angle of the front surface is 50°-70° to the horizontal plane, or removable rack subsoilers. The pairs of openings in the racks of the A-hoes provide the change of operating depth of 6, 12 and 18 cm below the depth of its processing with concave disks. The subsoiler racks turn smoothly at the lower part into the loosening teeth. Working surfaces of the teeth, starting from the end of loosening teeth, are arranged at an angle of 30°-35° to the horizontal plane. Above on the rack, this angle is 50°-70°. On the sides of the subsoiler racks in their lower parts the removable loosening brackets are fixedly mounted. The working surfaces of the loosening brackets are located at an angle of 30°-35° to the horizontal plane. The width of the loosening brackets varies from 2.5 to 12 cm. The loosening teeth are protected by quick-detachable, wear resistant linings with chisels. The working surfaces of the chisels enter on the lower ends of the teeth, and their angles of slope to the horizontal plane is from 10° to 25°. In the upper parts of the subsoiler racks there are pairs of openings, by transposition in which the change in the depth of tillage 12, 24, 36 cm below the depth of its treatment by the concave disks is provided. The subsoiler racks or racks of the A-hoes and the vertical racks of the concave disks are mounted on the transverse bars so that on the front the distance between their axes the symmetry is 10-18 cm.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to implement post-harvest tillage without clogging with straw of working bodies at the steady movement of the outfit.
