SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machinery industry, in particular, it can be used to purify water from blue-green algae. The device comprises a frame on which the container for the solution is placed, a pump with suction and discharge pipeline, a container for biological product with a dispenser, on the device rod the racks are fixed, made in the form of a tube and having the holes in the height for mounting the spraying nozzles, and the latter are made in the form of a sector of circumference with holes around its perimeter and mounted with the possibility of changing the position in the vertical plane by their rearrangement, and the hollow rod of circular cross section also serves as a pipeline for feeding the solution to the spraying nozzles, is assembled from separate sections with the possibility to transfer it in the transport position. The invention enables to apply the biological products on the depth of algae, to increase the area of treatment by one sprayer nozzle, to reduce the possibility of clogging the holes of the spraying nozzles with water impurities. The design of the device enables to install it on the floating crafts and work independently.

EFFECT: invention provides increase in efficacy of use of biological products.
