FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolation system comprises a casing and vibration absorbers mounted on a base. The casing consists of horizontal levers with supporting plates fixed on them and resting against the vibration absorbers. The horizontal levers are pivotally connected with vertical rods that are pivotally connected with a horizontal platform. The vibration absorbers are mounted symmetrically to the horizontal platform where the equipment whose vibrations are to be damped is installed. The casing of vibration absorbers is made as packing washers with collars and threaded holes to fix the device whose vibrations are to be damped. Vibration absorbers comprise resilient rubber elements surrounded by screw cylindrical springs. Mesh resilient damping elements are installed inside the resilient rubber elements. A resilient damping element comprises coaxially set inner bushes and a central pin that have the same height. The bush being the closest to the periphery of the resilient damping element is made from cast polyurethane. The bush installed inside it is made from voluminous mesh interweaving and contacts with the central pin from cast polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
