FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolation system comprises four vibration isolators mounted on a base and rigidly connected to a supporting platform by bolts. Every vibration isolator consists of a base and a pendulum suspension. The pendulum suspension comprises a threaded stud with one its end being connected to a supporting arm and the other end - to a thrust washer and nut coupled with the bush connected to a ring. The upper flange of a resilient element placed in a protective housing rests against the bush. The base of every vibration isolator is of box-type and includes horizontal supporting plates coupled by vertical partitions. Every resilient element of a vibration isolator is made as a spring with built-in damper. The spring is a screw cylindrical one and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section with rounded edges and the second part is hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled by antifriction grease. A sealing gasket is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent grease leakage. The first part of the screw spring is embraced by a tube from damping material, for example, polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
