FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration absorber consists of a casing in form of an articulation linkage and a resilient element interacting with the item. Horizontal arms of the casing by one end are rigidly linked with lids supported by the resilient elements. By the other end the arms by means of the hinges are connected with vertical tie-rods. The tie-rods by means of the hinges are linked with the horizontal platform, on it the process equipment is installed. Spring with build-in damper is used as resilient elements. Spring is made as cylindrical screw spring and contains two parts with opposite looking ends. First part of the spring has turns with rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, and second part is made hollow. Opposite looking end of the first part is located in cavity of the second part. Clearances of segment profile of the spring contact parts are filled with antifriction grease. At end of the second part of the spring a sealing cup is installed to prevent grease leaks. The first part of the spring is enclosed by the pipe put of the dampening material, for example, polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
