FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator module comprises an input channel with a filter and a gas output channel. Two pressure regulators mounted in a single unit are installed in series between the input and output channels. The pressure regulator (PR1) being the first one downstream the gas flow is a control one and is adjusted for the pressure exceeding the specified (nominal) pressure by 5-10%. The pressure regulator (PR2) being the second one downstream the gas flow is a working one and is adjusted for the nominal pressure. Stems are installed in the casings of the PR1 and PR2 and are able of axial displacement. On the one side the stem is equipped by a valve consisting of a form-in-place gasket, a captive nut and an adjusting washer which limits the gasket deformation. On the other side the stem is equipped by a rigidly fixed piston forming and hermetically separating a command pressure cavity and a feedback pressure cavity in the casing. A control pressure cavity is connected to a command device via a connecting pipe where an orifice-valve is installed. The said orifice-valve can move, so its flow section is changed. Feedback channels in regulator casings provide for the connection of PR1 and PR2 outlet pressure cavities to the regulators' feedback cavities.
EFFECT: increased reliability, improved accuracy of maintaining the outlet pressure and better operation stability.
