FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: distinctive feature of the specified flow rate governor is that the ring channel between the internal surface of the sleeve and surface of the slide valve between the supports is connected with the internal cavity of the slide valve by system of round holes, part of them is opposite each of the sleeve windows, and the diameter and number of the round holes in the slide valve are selected as per equation: { 0,15 < i = 1 N S h o l e i / S s u r f < 0,22 ; 6 < l / h < 9, where S h o l e i is area of ith round hole in the slide valve, N is number of round holes in the slide valve, Ssurf is area of surface of the slide valve between the supports not considering holes, l is length of the ring channel (distance between supports), h is clearance between sleeve and slide valve in the ring channel.

EFFECT: accuracy if flow rate control of work fluid in wide range of pressure drops on the governor depending on the actuator loads.
