Railway vehicle comprises starting motor at first car to actuate the drive wheels, primary jet engine to accelerated the vehicle from 300 to 500 km/h or higher to lift the cars by wings lift. Railway vehicle comprises the wings lift and balance ACS and wings automatic fold-and-retract mechanism.
