FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting of flat annular blanc, further flanging of the bore to reach deformation limit at the bore edge. Then the solidified material of bore edge part of the blanc is removed by broaching, and final flanging is performed to obtain a finished item.
EFFECT: enhanced performance.
