FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for the manufacture of steel thin-walled axisymmetric vessels. From a flat sheet billet convolution produce a cylindrical part of the semi-finished vessel, weld longitudinal edges. Obtain the bottom part of the semi-finished vessel and carry out the assembly of the bottom and cylindrical parts of the annular weld. Next, produce a rotary hood of the cylindrical part with simultaneous rolling of the annular and longitudinal welds. Before assembling the bottom and cylindrical parts they are alternately calibrated by compression to obtain equal outer diameters of the welded annular edges. Then, after the assembly of the semi-finished product of the vessel, a joint distribution of the circumferential weld and the welded circumferential edges is carried out until the value of the average diameter of the semi-finished product at the distribution point is reached. Subsequent simultaneous rolling of the ring and longitudinal welds is carried out with a relative deformation from 12 to 25 % of the wall thickness.
EFFECT: quality is improved by increasing the uniformity of plastic deformation.
