SUBSTANCE: matrix command generator comprises data receiving buses 1 and 2 of columns and rows, a data write input 3, registers 4 and 5 of rows, first decoders 6 and 7 of columns, groups of switches 8 and 9 for switching columns and rows, matrix buses 10 and 11 of columns and rows, power buses +E and -E.
EFFECT: high reliability by eliminating conditions for false triggering of actuating elements of a command matrix in case of faults in the matrix command generator, and by eliminating conditions for generation, at any time, of more than one command when new data arrive at data inputs of the matrix command generator.
