SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation devices and can be used in control devices of aerospace equipment. A matrix command generator, comprising a first register (lines), a second register (columns), a first decoder, a second decoder, a first group of switches, a second group of switches, vertical switched buses (columns) and horizontal switched buses (lines), power buses +E and -E of the switched buses, data inputs of the first and second registers are combined and are the data inputs of the device, write inputs of the first and second registers are combined and are the write input of the device; the device also includes a first and a second group of diodes, a matrix command generator, a line fault detector, a column fault detector and a state analyser.
EFFECT: enabling generation of only one command at any moment in time while monitoring working capacity of the generator.
