A cooperative server performs document print processing from a MFP device through a print server based on task information which includes a print instruction for a document received from a task management server. The cooperative server notifies a client PC on the print instruction, which includes a print ID and access information used to register print related expenses, upon completing printing, provides a registration screen for print related expenses when accessed from the PC client side and registers information relating to registration of expenses received from the client PC at the task management server.
