SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital control systems of DC-to-DC converters with a function of stabilisation of an output voltage. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that to the standard Poincare image linearisation method at operation of the system in a multiple stability region there introduced is a calculation method of a disturbance value of a coefficient of a proportional control, which is implemented by a disturbance computing unit that returns the system to a stable design mode by low disturbance of the above coefficient, which is performed using a matrix of a linearised stroboscopic image, which is found by the following formula: $$M-CK=\left[\begin{array}{cc}\frac{y_{k1}}{y_{k-\mathrm{1,1}}}& 0\\ 0& \frac{y_{k2}}{y_{k-\mathrm{1,2}}}\end{array}\right],$$ where y_ki - i component of vector Y_k; y_k-1,i - i component of vector Y_k-1, Y_k-1=X_k-1-X*; X* - fixed point of the design mode; X_k-1 - vector of phase variables X at the beginning of k clock interval; X=[i_L, u_c], where i_L - throttle current; u_c - voltage on the capacitor; Y_k=(1-c)Y_k-1, where c - coefficient belonging to interval (0, 1).
