FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of assembling the window sash with the integrated insulating glass. Method of assembling the window sash with integrated insulating glass, comprising a frame (51) made of plastic hollow profiles (21), besides the mentioned frame (51) comprises an inner side (23), outer side (22) facing in the direction opposite from the inner side (23), and two sidewalls (24, 25) connecting the inner side (23) and outer side (22) with each other, wherein the inner side (23) of the frame (51) has two mutually parallel ribs (26, 27, ) restricting the clearance of the window sash throughout the entire perimeter and glued with two glass sheets (52, 53) maintained by the mentioned two ribs (26, 27) at a distance from each other, at which the following steps are carried out: installation of the frame (51) and glass sheets (52, 53) in the vertical position or in the position with deviation from vertical by a few degrees; application of continuous strip (35) of the sealing compound on both outer sides (22) of ribs (26, 27) facing in opposite directions; retention and exhibiting of two glass sheets (52, 53) and frame (51) so that the two glass sheets (52, 53) are located opposite each other congruently or almost congruently, in this case the frame is located between two glass sheets (52, 53) and exposed so that the glass sheets (52, 53) and edges of two ribs (26, 27) are aligned relative to each other; automatic pressing of two glass sheets (52, 53) to the ribs (26, 27) facing towards them, in this case after the mentioned installation of frame (51) and glass sheets (52, 53), the automatic injection into the gap between two ribs (26, 27) of pasty adhesive compound (29) is performed. This compound includes desiccant; the mentioned application of sealing compound is performed automatically; the mentioned retention and exhibiting of two glass sheets (52, 53) and frame (51) is performed automatically, for this purpose two glass sheets (52, 53) are held by means of suction devices (78, 85, 86) acting on sides of glass sheets (52, 53), facing in mutually antithetical directions; and when performing the mentioned automatic compression, the glass sheets (52, 53) are pressed against the ribs (26, 27) of the frame (51) when two frameworks (63, 64) on which suction devices (78, 85, 86) are fixed, come close to each other.
EFFECT: creation of the improved method of assembling the window sash with the integrated insulating glass.
