FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: microlens comprises three components. The first component comprises positive double-glued lens and meniscus, facing the object space with the concave side and made of positive and negative menisci. The second component consists of three positive glued lenses, the first of which is made of a biconvex lens and a negative meniscus, facing the object space with the concave side, the second comprises a biconvex lens and a biconcave lens and the third is glued from a negative meniscus, facing the image space with the concave side, a negative meniscus facing the object space with the concave side and a biconvex lens placed in between. The third component comprises two glued negative menisci, the first of which includes a biconvex lens and a biconcave lens and faces the image space with the concave side, and the second faces the object space with the concave side and is made of positive and negative menisci.
EFFECT: wider linear image field and achieving plan-aprochromatic correction.
