FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: microlens includes three series-arranged components. The first component comprises a double-glued lens consisting of a plane-convex lens and a positive meniscus, facing the object space with the concave side, and a meniscus facing the object space with the concave side and made in the form of a separate lens. The second component is in the form of a triple-glued lens consisting of two biconvex lenses with a biconcave lens placed in between, and two double-glued lenses with a positive meniscus in between, said positive meniscus facing the image space with the concave side. The third component comprises a double-glued meniscus facing the object space with the concave side and made from positive and negative menisci, and a negative meniscus placed on front, facing the image space with the concave side.
EFFECT: larger entrance numerical aperture, linear image field and improved mono and chromatic aberrations of axial and off-axis beams.
