SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a tap installation unit to attach the tap to plumbing equipment fitted by the surface with a hole. The unit comprises an over-surface mounting part and a subsurface part forming a threaded hole, a threaded elongated element and the second elongated element. While using, the over-surface part is located above the equipment surface and the subsurface part is below the equipment surface, the elongated elements are directed from the over-surface part through a hole in the equipment. The threaded elongated element passes through the threaded hole in the subsurface part so that turning of the subsurface fastening part is prevented by the second elongated element which comprises an inner hole and is designed for the connection with a hose. While fastening, the subsurface part passes through the hole in the equipment without deformation, the unit can be attached to the equipment by manipulation essentially completely on the surface or below the surface of the equipment, the subsurface part includes one component. Method to attach the tap installation unit to the plumbing equipment fitted by the surface and the hole, involves the usage of the over-surface fastening part designed for fastening of the tap, the threaded elongated element having the inner hole and designed for the connection with the hose, the second elongated element and the subsurface fastening part having one component that forms a fixing plate. The method also involves insertion of the threaded elongated element through the over-surface fastening part, attachment of the fixing plate to the elongated threaded element, insertion of the fixing plate through the hole without its deformation, setting of the over-surface fastening part on the equipment surface, insertion of the second elongated element through the over-surface fastening part and turning of the threaded elongated element so that the fixing plate travels along it in the axial direction to the equipment until the fixing plate is tightened at the lower equipment side.

EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides for simplified installation.
