SUBSTANCE: device comprises pair-wise counter-rotating rollers with helical winding on their surface, and the mechanisms of separating the leaves, located inside each roller. Each mechanism of separating the leaves is a spring-loaded knife mounted with the ability of translational movement in a longitudinal groove of the roller, two cams mounted on a fixed axis on the edges of the roller on the axis of rotation, the spring-loaded pushers with the rolls. The rolls are able to roll on the cam profile. The pushers are mounted with the ability of reciprocating movement in the guides of the roller and are in contact with the knife while passing the roll from the cam under the influence of the pusher spring. The cutting edges of the knives of adjacent rollers interact with each other in a horizontal plane.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of the product obtained.
