SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road and railway transport. Flexible structure (12) contains combination of flexible metal plates (16) the central part of each one of them changes to lateral shoulder at each side. The plates are set on their edges, placed opposite to each other and attached by their central parts to edge of platform (9) installed on wheel chassis (5). Lateral shoulders are flexible. Flexible structure preferably contains tension-limiting device (28, 29) acting on outmost plate (23) and limiting plate extension. Platform (9) for wheel chassis includes flexible structure installed at least at one of its ends. Passage (1) for communication between two successive platforms (9, 10) is made by means of one or two flexible structures (12, 13) each one of which is installed on one of opposite edges (17, 18) of two platforms (9, 10), while remaining independent from other and/or opposite platform (10).
