FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to versions of shaped door beam and process of its forming. Shaped door beam features elongated structure with multiple channels composed with the help of central preset-depth web of known material and end field flanges that makes its integral part. Said elongated structure has two outer channels spaced laterally apart and third channel arranged between said two outer channels. Said third channel makes the recess at mid area between two outer channels. First of said two outer channels is composed by drawing to maximum known height while said recess is composed by drawing to known depth to make spacing between recess and maximum height exceeding said maximum distance. Said distance can be ensured by single cold forming job in the case of preset depth and material web.

EFFECT: higher stiffness with no increase in weight and change of material.
