A paddle floating device with a two stroke hand (pedal) hydrodynamic propulsor of a reciprocating action of an umbrella-paddle type, comprises on the lower surface of the device two longitudinally-oriented coaxial rods with handles for hands and for feet, and has on the ends pivotally mounted blades with rests of full opening.
