FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: flexible hose comprises metal ends and a crimping element. A sleeve is installed in the hose, on one side its outer diameter is greater than the inside diameter of the hose and the sleeve is inserted into the hose by this side, and on the other side it is fitted by a smaller outer diameter and internal thread. On the outer hose surface there installed is a nipple with inner annular sealing grooves up to the stop by the end faces of the nipple and the hose. The hose joint is sealed only after the sleeve is pulled out, thus the outer surface of the hose is pressed to the surface of the nipple with circular grooves due to diameter of the sleeve being greater than the inside diameter of the hose. The crimping element is made by winding of a plastic shell with axial fixation of the nipple on the hose.
EFFECT: invention provides for full tightness and improves reliability of permanent hose joint.
