SUBSTANCE: preliminary numerical binary pseudorandom sequence is set, in it values of zeros and units are modulated by the preliminary formed functions. Values of zeros and units in the pseudorandom sequence are modulated by pair of straight and inverse, and respectively inverse and straight form of biorthogonal wavelet-function.

EFFECT: increased noiseimmune of radio signals in the communication systems by increasing of the frequency band width.
