FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolation system comprises a base, a supporting platform and two spring vibration isolators set in-between and fitted by equifrequent springs. The springs are symmetrically set in relation to the supporting platform. The lower spring flange is fixed at the resilient base, and the upper one - on the supporting plate. An object with variable process mass whose vibration shall be isolated is fixed at the supporting platform by fastening elements. The platform is connected to the supporting units by nuts embracing adjusting bolts with the help of vertical and horizontal levers. The supporting units are fixed on the supporting plate of every vibration isolator by adjusting bolts rigidly coupled to the bushes. Every supporting unit comprises vibration damping bushes set coaxially to the adjusting bolts. The resilient base is coupled with the lower platform of the vibration isolator by three poles with screws and elastic bushes coaxially set outside the poles. A cylindrical-conical damper made from elastomer is set under the resilient base of the lower spring flange. The damper is mounted on the lower platform of each vibration isolator by its cylindrical part. The conical part of the damper is connected to the resilient base of the spring.
EFFECT: higher vibration isolation efficiency.
