FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolation system comprises base, supporting platform and two spring vibration isolators with equifrequential springs located between them. Lower spring flange is fixed at the resilient base, and the upper one - on the supporting plate. Object with variable process mass whose vibration shall be isolated is fixed at the supporting platform by fastening elements. By vertical and horizontal levers platform is connected with support assemblies. Support assemblies are fixed on supporting plate of every vibration isolator using adjusting bolts rigidly coupled to bushings embracing adjusting bolts by nuts. Resilient base is coupled with the lower platform of the vibration isolator by three poles with screws and elastic bushes coaxially set outside the poles. Cylindrical-conical damper is located under lower spring flange resilient base. Damper is made in form of series-connected conical and cylindrical helical springs, which turns are coated with elastomer layer, for example polyurethane. Resilient base consists of alternating layers of elastic and vibration damping materials.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation.
