SUBSTANCE: group of inventions involves a hydrodynamic massage attachment, a method for giving hydrodynamic massage and an attachment for implementing it; it refers to medicine, particularly to medical equipment, and can be used for physiotherapy, for carrying out health-promoting procedures, in cosmetology. The hydrodynamic massage attachment comprises a cylindrical body, a bottom base of which bears a mounted movable shell, in the side surface of which a cylindrical nozzle is mounted to supply a working agent. The body accommodates a serially installed turbo chamber and a low-exhaust chamber shaped as one-sheeted hyperboloid of rotation truncated along a throat area and having a bending radius equal to a half-thickness of the chamber wall. The turbo chamber is axially symmetrically connected to the low-exhaust chamber, whereas an inner surface of the turbo chamber has a spiral-shaped groove passage. The bottom base of the low-exhaust chamber comprises two equally spaced holes at a tangent to the rotating working agent flow. The similar holes are formed on the movable shell.

EFFECT: inventions enable providing the integrated effect of heat and suction action of a liquid funnel and the mechanical effect on the skin, subcutaneous fat and muscles.
