SUBSTANCE: device for berries vacuum drying contains a vacuum chamber, a condenser, a vacuum pump and the condenser heat exchanger cooling system. Cooling of intermediate coolant medium occurs with the help of a cooling machine or, at corresponding temperatures, in the external heat exchanger positioned in the ambient environment; additionally installed is a crossover valve intended for adjustment of the coolant medium temperature at the external heat exchanger outlet with the help of a temperature sensor.

EFFECT: reduction of energy expenses during cold generation.
