FIELD: drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vacuum-sublimation drying technology and can be used in microbiological, medical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Heat carrier preparation and supply system for the water vapour desublimation process comprises a control system, a refrigerating unit, heat exchanger-evaporator for cooling the heat carrier by means of freon, an irrigation system made with the possibility of drop-by-drop supply of the cooled heat carrier for freezing of water vapour and placed in the housing of the vacuum-sublimation plant, connected by means of a pipeline to the heat carrier recuperation system, including in-series connected recuperative heat exchanger for heating the mixture of heat carrier and ice, tubular condenser of evaporator, heat exchanger-condenser of freon and irrigation system made with possibility of drop supply of liquid mixture to surface of tubular heat exchanger of steam generator containing freon in tube space, wherein the tubular condenser of the evaporator and the tubular heat exchanger of the steam generator are arranged in the interconnected sections of a single housing equipped with a drain water outlet and a hot heat carrier outlet connected to the recuperative heat exchanger, which is made with possibility of supplying cooled heat carrier into said heat exchanger-evaporator.
EFFECT: energy-efficient and continuous removal of water vapour formed during sublimation drying.
