FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for modelling individual implant for osteosynthesis of fractures of long tubular bones. First, database of three-dimensional models of bones of healthy people of definite age category and gender is formed. After that, three-dimensional model of patient's injured bone is scanned and formed. Three-dimensional models of healthy person's bone and patient's injured bone are superposed and aligned. Reference points are placed on three-dimensional model of healthy person's bone along injured zone of three-dimensional model of injured patient's bone in form of ordered matrix with equal distances between each other and at distance not less than 2 mm from places of attachment of muscles, tendons and vascular-nervous bundles. Plotting of longitudinal-transverse curves is performed on reference points and planes basing on obtained curves for projection of outer implant borders. Implant, taken from digital library, is placed along respective axes and planes in such a way that internal surface of implant - fitting surface, was on one and the same specified distance from points of bone triangulation in injured zone. Drawings and technological map of implant production are made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of errors and complications in case of osteosynthesis.
