FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to railway transport, namely to derailing recording devices. An assembly includes a derailing recording device in which a filling mass having a possibility of vertical movement is connected in series to a compression spring for the conversion of sufficient peaks of vertical accelerations to a stroke of activation of a mechanically attached emergency braking valve to actuate a braking system with compressed air by means of air supplied to the main braking line. The emergency braking valve is made so that it can be activated by means of a solid piston pre-loaded due to the vertical movement of the filling mass for shaping of a two-mass actuating assembly of the emergency braking valve. In the two-mass actuating assembly of the emergency braking valve at a high impact as a result of the peak action of acceleration an inertia force of the actuating solid piston overcomes an elastic force of the compression spring of the actuating solid piston to bring into action the emergency braking valve. A rail vehicle with a compressed-air braking system, controlled by air supply to the main braking line, includes an emergency braking valve and the derailing recording assembly.
EFFECT: achieving the possible measurement of various vertical accelerations with different frequency and levels of peak values caused by different derailing situations solely by means of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms.
