FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: framework of rotating nozzle out of composite materials is a frame with elements for securing the attached functional items, and its installation in the rotating nozzle, and has supports of nozzle rotating gears. The frame is made as ring with channel section and shaped flange and legs looking outside, and reinforced by radial, integral reinforcement ribs. During manufacturing of the rotating nozzle frame work out of the composite material being the specified frame the packages of fabric lobes are laid on the accessory shaping surfaces including matrix, pircer and set of shaping elements. The shaping elements of the accessory are preliminary shaped from side of side and profile surfaces, and are used to form the internal profile of the frame with stiffeners. The shaping elements are installed in the shaped shaping surfaces of the piercer with pressing to the end face shaping one of the frame leg. Then free sides of the shaping elements are shaped with fabric covering the pierces in the zone of flange shaping. Matrix in installed, shaping elements are hold down in radial direction and pressed with further heat treatment. The laid-pressing accessory contains matrix and piercer with ring projections and set of shaping elements to shape the internal profile of the frame. The shaping elements are combined in split segment ring installed in ring space between the matrix and piercer, and being support for them upon closing with creation together with them closed volume as per size and shape of surfaces of the appropriate manufactured framework.

EFFECT: reduced weight of the structure, increased workability of its manufacturing and simplified process accessories.
