FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises the application of the carbon prepreg on the tooling forming surface with the help of fibre-laying head, its stitching and solidification of produced blank. Note here that carbon prepreg is used which consists of 55-65 wt % of carbon filler and 35-45 wt % of the binder with vitrification temperature of minus 15 to plus 7 degrees Centigrade. Said carbon prepreg is laid on the outer forming surface of the tooling composed of the solid of revolution with simultaneous heating of said prepreg to 30-60°C and stitching at 0.1-0.3 MPa.
EFFECT: higher physical and mechanical properties at the room temperature, lower reduction of strength after thermal and moisture effects, accelerated production.
