SUBSTANCE: compound portable telecommunication device comprises a neck-worn loop, a spectacle frame and a flexible adapter having two conductors, where at least one conductor electrically connects the neck-worn loop with the spectacle frame, wherein the two conductors of the flexible adapter are connected to the neck-worn loop in immediate proximity of each other to form a dorsal node for connecting the conductors, located on the lower dorsal surface of the neck of the user when worn, and where said two conductors are further mechanically connected at portions of the conductors between the spectacle frame and the dorsal node to form a suboccipital node for connecting conductors, located below the back of the head of the user when worn.
EFFECT: high reliability of fixing the device on the body of the user through loose-hanging conductors with a short total length that are contiguous to the body of the user.
