SUBSTANCE: portable electric communication device comprises a flexible loop at least partially flattened and comprised of at least two stiffening members, wherein the above stiffening members are interconnected so that their twisting is prevented in regard to each other; at least one electronic unit; control elements containing at least two push buttons coupled electrically with the above electronic unit and placed at the above stiffening members at a distance from each other in order to exclude simultaneous pressing of the above two buttons with one finger. A press-on surface of each push button does not project over the surface of the above stiffening member, whereat the above push button is placed and a control signal is generated when two push buttons are pressed simultaneously.

EFFECT: development of the electric communication device that ensures its control without visual check thus preventing accidental pressing of the control elements of the device.
