FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid transfer line between two vessels. The fluid transfer line includes flexible pipeline (3) with two nozzles (4.1; 4.2) connected by means of connector-disconnector (4) containing devices for regular connection-disconnection and emergency disconnection combined in one coupler and having one boundary surface. Closing valve is installed in each nozzle. The valves are made as disk shutters (13.1; 13.2) which are installed on opposite free end of nozzles (4.1; 4.2) and driving shafts (12.1; 12.2) of which are controlled by drives. The connector-disconnector contains flange (20) on one of the nozzles (4.1; 4.2) and at least three locking modules (14) installed on the other nozzle with possibility to engage with the flange and to disengage from this flange. Driving shafts (12.1; 12.2) of disk shutters (13.1; 13.2) pass in radial direction between two locking modules (14).
EFFECT: higher clamping force of connector-disconnector, quick disconnection of transfer line in emergency mode.
