FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and power electronics, namely to devices intended for switching cable power transmission lines. Increased flexibility of sectioning cable power lines and reliability of power supply to consumers when using a modular system for switching cable power lines 6–10 kV is achieved by implementing control of the state of three independent cable inputs (cable input – 1, cable input – 2, cable input – 3), phases of which are connected to a single system of busbars by means of three vacuum switches 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and three small-size telescopic earthing switches 1.7, 1.8, 1.9. Improvement of weight and size parameters is achieved due to arrangement of high-voltage compartment 1, control cabinet 4, as well as auxiliary equipment of the modular system (security and fire alarm unit 7, gas control device 8, temperature sensors 9, video cameras 10, water level sensors 11) in an underground sealed polymer capsule 5. Improvement of operating parameters is achieved due to complex monitoring of equipment condition by means of auxiliary equipment of modular system 7–11. Providing reliable data exchange with dispatcher stations of networks control centres is realized by using two communication cabinets – main 12 and backup 13, placed on the surface of the earth at a point of reliable communication via a GSM channel with a dispatcher station of a network control centre. Reliability of data exchange is ensured by the presence of encryption unit 4.5.
EFFECT: increased flexibility of sectioning of cable power transmission lines and reliability of power supply to consumers, improved weight and dimensions, improved operational parameters due to high degree of observability of the state of equipment of the modular system, provision of reliable data exchange with dispatcher stations of network control centres.
