FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of prevention of liver pathology in pigs comprises administering to an animal of ethoxyquinn and crude sea salt in a dose of 250 g and 50 kg, respectively, per ton of combined feed. At that 5 kg of combination herbal product are additionally added per ton of the combined feed, which was preliminary brewed in water at a temperature of 80-90°C 12 hours before. The product comprises fruit and leaves of wild rose, black currant leaves, grass of common St.-John's wort and white birch leaves, taken in equal proportions.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to provide decrease in the incidence of liver pathology in pigs.
